Reed Smith and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius have each hired a debt securities partner in Hong Kong.
Reed Smith has appointed Vivian Ji, who joins the firm as a partner from the small Hong Kong corporate finance law firm Jeffrey Mak Law Firm, where she was one of two partners.
