Greensboro retail property sold for $750,000

A Greensboro retail property has been sold for $750,000 to a Florida group, according to a Guilford County Register of Deeds filing Thursday.

The 0.47-acre property at 4813 W. Market St. contains 4,000 square feet of retail space.

The buyer is LRE BV Greensboro LLC. The seller is JDE Family Properties LLC of High Point.
