Winston-Salem industrial building bought for $700,000

An industrial building in Winston-Salem’s West Point Business Center has been purchased for $700,000 by an HVAC company, according to a Forsyth County Register of Deeds filing Friday.

The 1.81-acre property at 3941 Westpoint Blvd. contains a 8,364-square-foot building.

The buyer is Gwyn Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Co. Inc. of Winston-Salem.

The seller is Punto Oeste LLC of Yadkinville.
