class=\"td-post-content\">\n<div id=\"pico\">\n<p>When <strong>Circuit Judge Alice Gray<\/strong> sent <strong>Jeremy Hutchinson<\/strong> to jail Thursday for <a href=\"https:\/\/arktimes.com\/arkansas-blog\/2022\/12\/29\/jeremy-hutchinson-jailed-by-judge-for-contempt-in-child-support-case\">contempt of court in failing to make child support payments,<\/a> she didn\u2019t issue a final order on all financial claims by his ex, <strong>Stephanie Hutchinson.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s jailed now under a cash bond of $524,000 over unpaid child support, plus interest, for his three children. But the judge also indicated Thursday he\u2019d be responsible for other payments owed for education, health insurance and other expenses under an agreement he made with his wife in their 2011 divorce.<\/p>\n<p>The judge <a href=\"https:\/\/arktimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/orderjh.pdf\">issued a supplemental order today<\/a> setting the former Republican senator\u2019s full obligation at $629,897.78. The sum will accrue interest at a rate of 5.75 percent.<\/p>\n<p>But wait. There\u2019s more.<\/p>\n<p>The judge also awarded attorney fees to Stephanie Hutchinson \u2014 $51,000, or about 10 percent of the child support in arrears.<\/p>\n<p>Hutchinson remains jailed in the Pulaski County detention facility on Roosevelt Road.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s due in federal court in Little Rock Feb. 3 to be sentenced on tax fraud and bribery charges. class=\"td-post-content\">\n<div id=\"pico\">\n<p>When <strong>Circuit Judge Alice Gray<\/strong> sent <strong>Jeremy Hutchinson<\/strong> to jail Thursday for <a href=\"https:\/\/arktimes.com\/arkansas-blog\/2022\/12\/29\/jeremy-hutchinson-jailed-by-judge-for-contempt-in-child-support-case\">contempt of court in failing to make child support payments,<\/a> she didn\u2019t issue a final order on all financial claims by his ex, <strong>Stephanie Hutchinson.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s jailed now under a cash bond of $524,000 over unpaid child support, plus interest, for his three children. But the judge also indicated Thursday he\u2019d be responsible for other payments owed for education, health insurance and other expenses under an agreement he made with his wife in their 2011 divorce.<\/p>\n<p>The judge <a href=\"https:\/\/arktimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/orderjh.pdf\">issued a supplemental order today<\/a> setting the former Republican senator\u2019s full obligation at $629,897.78. The sum will accrue interest at a rate of 5.75 percent.<\/p>\n<p>But wait. There\u2019s more.<\/p>\n<p>The judge also awarded attorney fees to Stephanie Hutchinson \u2014 $51,000, or about 10 percent of the child support in arrears.<\/p>\n<p>Hutchinson remains jailed in the Pulaski County detention facility on Roosevelt Road.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s due in federal court in Little Rock Feb. 3 to be sentenced on tax fraud and bribery charges.
